• The Research Analyst cannot execute or carry out any trade on behalf of the client.
• Fee charged is subject to maximum of Rs 1,51,000/- per annum per family of client for all research services.
• RA may charge fees in advance not exceeding one quarter. Premature termination entitles client to proportionate refund for unexpired period only.
• Fees may be paid through cheque, online bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payment is not allowed.
• Assured/guaranteed/fixed returns schemes are strictly prohibited by law.
• The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments.
• All investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
• SEBI registration, Enlistment with RAASB, and NISM certification do not guarantee performance or assure returns.
• The RA shall never ask for client's login credentials and OTPs for Trading/Demat/Bank accounts.

Grievance Escalation

We prioritize our customers and are dedicated to delivering the highest quality services. We cannot provide a return assurance or guarantee on our calls, which means we cannot issue refunds on subscriptions regardless of client outcomes.

Once a service is subscribed

Once a service is subscribed to and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

For Research Subscription Services – Pro-Rata

• In case of premature termination by either party, client is entitled to proportionate refund for unexpired full months only.
• No refund for partial month usage or for services already accessed/downloaded.
